Job Description

Elvaridah Limited is recruiting for the role of Technical Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing performance, and driving strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who can work closely with leadership to improve efficiency and ensure smooth execution of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, focus time, security, and logistics.
  • Support the CEO in meetings, prepare presentations, and represent the CEO where necessary.
  • Coordinate board activities, provide structured updates, and manage speaking engagements.
  • Introduce and oversee weekly performance tracking, reporting templates, and dashboards.
  • Interface with finance, HR, business/sales teams to ensure structured communication with the CEO’s office.
  • Conduct research and validation for new business initiatives, and support strategic hiring.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex schedules.
  • Proven experience with performance tracking, reporting, or business operations is an added advantage.
