Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
Short Description:
A reputable telecommunications company, Vitel Wireless Limited, is seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Technical Customer Service Representative to join its team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, solid communication skills, and experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers on mobile devices, network issues, and service-related concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues promptly and efficiently
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Stay updated on current mobile technology trends and GSM concepts relevant to the Nigerian market
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of GSM technology, mobile handsets, and network systems
- Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
