Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Short Description:
A reputable telecommunications company, Vitel Wireless Limited, is seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Technical Customer Service Representative to join its team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, solid communication skills, and experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers on mobile devices, network issues, and service-related concerns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues promptly and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
  • Stay updated on current mobile technology trends and GSM concepts relevant to the Nigerian market

Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of GSM technology, mobile handsets, and network systems
  • Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
