A leading fintech company is seeking experienced Technical Integration Specialists to drive smooth merchant and partner onboarding through efficient API integrations and technical enablement. This role focuses on implementing payment solutions, ensuring system interoperability, and optimizing post-integration performance. Candidates should combine technical expertise with strong client-facing communication and structured problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end API integration for merchants and strategic partners
- Provide technical onboarding support and implementation guidance
- Troubleshoot integration issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and go-live support
- Monitor post-integration performance and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams for seamless deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in API integrations, fintech implementations, or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system architecture
- Familiarity with payment gateways, POS systems, or financial platforms
- Basic coding skills in Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar languages
- Experience with Postman or other API testing tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
