Job Description

An experienced Technical Manager to oversee our technical operations, enhance production efficiency, and strengthen our quality control systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technical teams across various departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and product quality.
• Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance units to support product development and process   optimization.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to staff.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and conduct root-cause analysis for technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
