Job Description

IRecharge Tech-Innovations Limited, a CBN-licensed fintech company specializing in cross-border payment processing, bill payments, and agency banking, is seeking a Technical Product Manager. This position is suited for professionals who excel at driving product development from concept to delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning through launch and iteration.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and provide clear progress updates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, system architecture, and integrations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
• Proven ability to deliver complex products on schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
