Job Description

ShipPack is an innovative logistics platform that connects customers, independent drivers, and courier companies through technology-driven package delivery and fleet management solutions. The company is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to coordinate technical projects, ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a strong technical understanding of ShipPack’s tools and processes.

Job Type: Contract (3 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and maintain detailed project plans in GitLab.
  • Coordinate with sub-teams including Design, Flutter, Next.js, Laravel, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor quality benchmarks, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders using GitLab, Jira dashboards, and Google Sheets.
  • Oversee technical dependencies and support teams with integration and development challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile principles, GitLab, and Jira.
  • Proven background in managing technical projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes (Flutter, Next.js, Laravel, APIs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered.
