Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can translate big-picture ideas into structured execution, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, and provide the operational rigor needed in fast-paced delivery environments.
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project execution, including scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and RAID management
Run daily standups, track progress, and provide transparent reporting
Ensure timely delivery of production-ready features and improvements
Business Analysis
Capture stakeholder needs and translate them into clear user stories, epics, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Conduct process mapping and identify operational gaps or risks
Support engineering by maintaining structured, accessible documentation
Operational Readiness

Coordinate UAT cycles, facilitate testing feedback, and manage go-live readiness

Prepare cutover plans and track key KPIs/OKRs

Build frameworks such as RACIs, change-control paths, and privacy/risk documentation

Maintain and organize the delivery knowledge base
Automation & Optimization

Develop dashboards, automations, and workflows that support decision-making and reduce manual PM overhead
Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience as a TPM/PM with demonstrated Business Analysis capabilities
- Proven track record delivering AI or cloud-based product features
- Strong command of modern PM tools: Jira / Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Hands-on experience running UAT end-to-end, coordinating releases, and managing operational readiness

- Skilled at reducing ambiguity and enhancing engineering efficiency

- Experience working in healthcare, clinical, or regulated data environments
- Familiarity with automated KPI dashboards or AI-assisted PM tools
Contract & Payment Details
- Engagement type: Independent Contractor only
- Monthly invoicing
- Payment via Wise or direct bank deposit
- Compensation: USD $1,000 – $1,500 per month
- Performance Bonuses: Annual incentive for exceeding set KPIs
