Location: Lagos, Abuja, Kano
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their technical and business requirements.
- Actively seek out high-profile clients and generate leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generate revenue, and drive business growth Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, installers, contractors, and other stakeholders within the solar energy industry.
- Provide tailored solutions by recommending the appropriate high-capacity solar inverter systems that best suit their needs and align with their budget. Lead negotiations and close deals with high-profile clients.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of high-capacity solar inverters effectively.
- Cultivate a network of industry contacts to expand business opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our client base in the solar industry.
- Industry trends, market activities, competitors, and customer feedback.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, business development, and sales preferably in the solar or energy sector.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and solutions.
- Proven track record of securing and managing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong work ethic and business acumen
- Strong emotional intelligence skills
