Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for Sandwich Panels is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to expand the market for sandwich panels. The role involves overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets for sandwich panels.
-Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
-Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
-Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, and monitor progress.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors.
-Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for sandwich panels.
-Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
-Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
-Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
-Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
-Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
-Monitor sales expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
-Experience: Minimum of 6 – 8 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry, preferably with sandwich panels.
-Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
