A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to help scale adoption of its innovative SaaS products across the education and enterprise sectors. These products include a cloud-based online examination platform, a school management system, and a modern learning management solution. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a proven track record in tech sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new sales leads through research, cold outreach, and inbound inquiries
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with appropriate SaaS offerings
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to closing and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within a SaaS or EdTech environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technology in simple terms to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with schools, HR teams, or recruitment firms is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
