Location: Lekki, Lagos
An experienced Technical Support Specialist is needed to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth system operations. This is an on-site role in the IT/ICT industry, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to technical inquiries and resolve user challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
