Job Description
A leading technology services provider is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Retail, and E-Commerce. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong knowledge of the Nigerian and African technology services landscape, particularly within fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in BFSI, Retail, Fintech, and E-Commerce.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
- Manage client relationships from acquisition to account handover, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to guide sales efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in technology services sales (IT, cloud, data, software, application development, analytics).
- Strong track record of selling to senior executives (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, and Functional Heads).
- Experience in selling technology services/solutions across the Middle East and/or African markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Reports To: Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
