Job Overview
Summit Finance Limited is looking for an experienced and driven Telemarketing Manager to lead and coordinate telemarketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving marketing and sales success, particularly within the financial services or fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the telemarketing team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and market analysis to management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or sales leadership role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage a team.
- Experience in loan or financial services marketing is a significant advantage.
