Carolina Logistics Inc, a trusted transportation company, is seeking a skilled Telesale Representative to join its Lagos team. The role involves handling international clients, driving sales through cold calls, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell services to both new and existing customers using persuasive communication.
- Maintain positive business relationships to secure repeat and future sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of proven sales or telesales experience.
- Strong experience working with international clients.
- Clear American accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Strong marketing knowledge and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
