Job Description

Carolina Logistics Inc, a trusted transportation company, is seeking a skilled Telesale Representative to join its Lagos team. The role involves handling international clients, driving sales through cold calls, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell services to both new and existing customers using persuasive communication.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to secure repeat and future sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of proven sales or telesales experience.
  • Strong experience working with international clients.
  • Clear American accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent multitasking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.

Work Schedule

  • Onsite, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Lagos time).
