Optimal CSR is looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Representatives to join her sales team in Ikeja, Lagos. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote the company’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the database.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and handle rejections professionally.
