Job Description

A reputable financial institution is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Teller across multiple locations in Lagos. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in front-line banking operations, customer service, and cash handling in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily cash and cheque transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring no shortages or discrepancies
  • Provide quality service to customers and resolve inquiries promptly
  • Assist in processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
  • Monitor and report suspicious or fraudulent activities
  • Adhere to internal controls and compliance standards

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in any discipline (Minimum of Second Class Lower or Lower Credit)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking applications
  • Maximum age: 28 years as of the time of application
