Job Description
A global leader in consumer goods is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to support commercial growth in Kebbi. The role involves driving sales, managing distributors, and executing field activities to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver agreed sales objectives and KPIs, including focus brand performance, NPD listing, and promotional activities.
- Implement outlet coverage strategies, manage databases, and ensure trade visibility.
- Supervise and review the performance of the secondary sales force.
- Lead market intelligence efforts, monitor competitor activities, and provide timely reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in sales or marketing with strong KPI achievements.
- Knowledge of field sales management, distribution, and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license with driving experience.
