Job Description:
As a Ticket and Reservation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless booking and reservation experiences. Your role is vital to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticket sales and reservation processes for clients.
  • Provide accurate information about travel options, availability, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person professionally.
  • Ensure all reservations and ticketing processes comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing and reservation systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
