A contract/consultant opportunity is open for a highly organised and discreet professional to provide dual support to the Office of the Executive Director and designated project offices. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel schedules, and meetings for executives.
  • Provide timely follow-up on directives, emails, and stakeholder requests with utmost confidentiality.
  • Support preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for project teams.
  • Assist in project planning by drafting timelines, tracking deliverables, and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in executive support, project administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and willingness to learn project management tools.
  • Professional discretion, proactive mindset, and ability to manage competing demands effectively.
  • Previous exposure to executive or high-pressure environments is an advantage.
