Begi Clean Ltd is seeking a Trainer & HR Support Officer to oversee employee training programs, support HR functions, and ensure smooth workforce development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing staff skills, improving workplace policies, and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain HR records, track staff progress, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Organize workshops and professional development sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and training roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
