Introduction:
ORÍKÌ Training Institute (OTI), a renowned center for wellness and spa education, is seeking a competent Training & Admin Manager to oversee the daily operations of the institute. This role requires a highly organized individual with hands-on experience in spa services and a strong passion for wellness education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver training programs related to spa and wellness services.
- Manage the administrative operations of the institute efficiently.
- Coordinate training schedules, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support the development of spa curricula and facilitate continuous improvement of training content.
Ideal Candidate Must:
- Have proven experience working in a spa and delivering or training on spa-related programs (applications without this experience will not be considered).
- Be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both training and administrative functions.
- Be passionate about wellness education and committed to developing spa professionals.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
