Training Coordinator (Remote)
Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract

Compensation: Estimated USD 5,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience, location, scope of duties, and expectations for a full-time workload.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support daily operational, content, research, and AI-related activities across multiple projects. This fully remote role involves helping the team maintain structured workflows, manage information efficiently, and ensure seamless project execution. You will work closely with team members to assist with tasks, keep projects on schedule, and maintain clarity across communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a range of project activities including content preparation, online research, basic data review, operational tasks, and AI-output evaluation.
- Maintain and update information with precision, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.
- Provide clear, professional communication through written and verbal channels.
- Deliver timely updates on task progress and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Interest in operations, research, content, customer support, or data work is an advantage—full training will be provided.
- Confidence using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, or project/productivity software.
