Job Description

Location: Iganmu, Lagos State
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Training Administration or Learning & Development
Salary: ₦400,000 monthly (net)

A reputable organization in Lagos is looking to hire a Training Specialist to support its Learning & Development function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training initiatives that align with the company’s capability development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs across departments.
  • Identify employee development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
  • Develop training materials and ensure effective delivery of learning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Liaise with external training vendors and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Training Administration, Learning & Development, or Capability Development.
  • Professional membership or certification from CIPM is an added advantage.
  • Additional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, HRMP, or CIPD are desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
