Location: Abuja
Promasidor Nigeria is seeking a qualified Transport Officer to join our team in Abuja. This role involves overseeing logistics operations, managing fleet activities, and ensuring efficient distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day transport and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage and maintain the company’s fleet for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze transport metrics to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of BSc/HND in any discipline.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics and transport operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fleet management and distribution processes.
