Job Description
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
Type: Full-time
Baccalaureate Travel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant (Sales Executive) to join it’s team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and love helping clients plan their perfect trips, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, visa services, and tours to clients.
- Provide expert advice and tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry events, presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A degree (BSc, HND, or OND) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in travel sales, hospitality, or visa consulting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Willingness to travel, speak publicly, and professionally represent the company.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
