Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and payment workflows using tools like FreshBooks, Stripe, PayPal, Wire, ACH, and Crypto.
  • Create client-ready itineraries using Travefy, including seat selection and travel preferences.
  • Track, reconcile, and ensure payment accuracy across multiple methods.
  • Support daily booking operations, follow SOPs, and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in travel operations, coordination, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with FreshBooks, Stripe, and itinerary-building platforms such as Travefy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in remote, fast-paced environments; experience with Slack, Google Sheets, and Asana is a plus.

Compensation and Details:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week.
  • Salary range: $500–$800 per month (depending on experience).
  • 9-hour shifts (includes 1-hour break), day or night shifts based on business needs.
