Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦350,000 monthly + commission (OTE: ₦3.5M – ₦6M annually)
Tourvana, a leading luxury travel company in Nigeria, is recruiting Travel Sales Executives to join its high-performing sales team in Abuja and Lagos. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about travel and eager to work in a premium segment, designing high-value, customized travel experiences for elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and craft bespoke itineraries across global destinations
- Drive sales of premium travel packages and consistently meet monthly targets of ₦2M–₦5M
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of active clients for repeat business
- Coordinate multi-destination luxury travel experiences with personalized services and exclusive offerings
Candidate Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), CRM tools, and social media marketing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills with attention to detail
- NYSC discharge certificate is required for Nigerian applicants
