Job Description

Neveah Limited is seeking a skilled Treasury Officer to manage cash flow, banking relationships, funding activities, and foreign exchange exposure. The role supports smooth recycling operations, efficient raw material procurement, uninterrupted production, and revenue optimization across local and export sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and currencies, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and optimize cash utilization.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiation of charges, loan terms, overdrafts, and credit facilities.
  • Oversee timely supplier payments and coordinate collections from customers and exporters, while monitoring receivables aging.
  • Manage foreign exchange transactions related to imports and exports, including FX purchases, conversions, and exposure monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and support audit processes through proper documentation and reconciliations.
  • Provide treasury reports and financial insights to support procurement, production planning, and capital expenditure decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate liquidity, FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is an added advantage.
  • 5–7 years of treasury or finance experience, preferably within manufacturing, recycling, metals, or commodity-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment with high attention to detail and integrity.
