Wema Bank is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for designing intuitive interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and functional.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth design process.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
