ResumeSurge is hiring for a fast-growing client, Steeze, an AI-powered Personal Style OS that is redefining how people discover, shop, and express individuality. The company’s MVP integrates AI styling, 3D avatars, and curated shopping into one seamless platform.

Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, conversion-focused product experiences. The role requires transforming user journeys into engaging flows and building visually compelling designs that enhance interaction with Steeze’s AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user journeys and wireframes for both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Build high-fidelity MVP screens, including onboarding, dashboards, and curated shopping flows.
  • Develop the UX for the AI-powered styling quiz, a key product feature.
  • Establish a lightweight brand system covering typography, colors, spacing, and iconography.
  • Prepare organized, handoff-ready Figma source files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proven expertise with Figma and structured design systems.
  • Portfolio including at least 3 shipped products, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Ability to balance conversion optimization with aesthetic appeal.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with AI-driven onboarding or personalization flows.
  • Prior collaboration with developers on MVP product timelines.
