Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As part of our innovative and dynamic environment, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that elevate user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, user research expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency.
  • Ensure all designs meet responsive and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Analyze user feedback to refine designs and enhance functionality.
  • Track tasks and hours effectively using time-tracking tools to meet project timelines.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing methods.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
