UI/UX or Product Designer

Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)

Introduction:
A reputable digital solutions company, Candour Professional Services, is hiring a UI/UX or Product Designer for a full-time, remote role. The selected candidate will design and refine the user experience for an upcoming online pharmacy platform that enables users to order medications and access healthcare resources with ease.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design user-friendly, end-to-end digital experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for both mobile and desktop interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines and healthcare industry compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably on transactional web applications
• Strong portfolio showing responsive designs for both mobile and desktop
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with user-centered design practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and designing for regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare)
• Ability to work independently and manage iterative feedback

Preferred:

• Experience working on pharmacy, health tech, or e-commerce platforms
