Job Description

Cashir is hiring a UI/UX Product Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences within the financial technology space. This role focuses on solving complex interaction and service design challenges while delivering high-quality products that improve how users perform financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver functional, usable, and visually appealing product designs across web and mobile platforms
  • Own product design problems end to end, from concept and research through design, shipping, and iteration
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to address complex UX challenges
  • Design micro-interactions, transitions, and animations that enhance usability, clarity, and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to define requirements and contribute to product strategy
  • Work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and smooth design handoff
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and motion guidelines
  • Measure, test, and refine designs using quantitative data and qualitative user feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio
  • Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and motion or animation design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Framer, Lottie, or similar
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience working with design systems and component-based design approaches
  • Ability to balance creative solutions with product constraints and business objectives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or complex digital products
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Experience handing off animations to developers using tools like Lottie or structured specs
  • Background in branding or visual design
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product environments
