Alphabeta Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Unit Head, Sales to drive customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across its technology advancement, fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions. This role requires a strategic sales professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities and a proven track record of delivering business growth in a competitive environment.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: N800,000 – N1,150,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
• Drive sales and customer acquisition initiatives for the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate organisations, and key strategic clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposal meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence insights for management review.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
• Supervise and provide guidance to relationship officers and sales support personnel where required.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship management.
• Experience within fintech, enterprise technology, SaaS, banking, or public sector solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and client relationship management tools.
