Short Description:
A leading distribution company is looking to hire proactive Van Sales Representatives to manage product sales and delivery across the Ketu, Okoko, and Suru-Alaba areas of Lagos. The role involves engaging with retail customers, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the company’s sales van to sell and distribute products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and other points of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring efficient route coverage.
- Monitor stock levels in the van, manage product merchandising, and collect payments accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or route-to-market sales preferred.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and LASDRI card.
- Good knowledge of Ketu, Okoko, or Suru-Alaba and surrounding areas is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Honest, reliable, and goal-driven attitude is essential.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary package including sales incentives, pension, and HMO.
