Innov8 Hub is seeking a proactive Ventures Manager to drive the growth and success of our innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee venture development, provide strategic guidance to startups, and foster partnerships that enhance our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage venture incubation programs to support startups.
- Identify and build partnerships with investors, mentors, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide business advisory support to entrepreneurs, including fundraising strategies.
- Monitor venture performance and recommend improvements for scalability.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in venture development, business incubation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurship, investment trends, and startup ecosystems.
- Excellent networking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
