  • Manage video content for email and publishing platforms such as Substack and Brevo
  • Collaborate with designers to develop supporting visuals and creative assets
  • Contribute content ideas and angles to promote products, resources, events, and services
  • Plan, maintain, and execute a weekly content calendar to ensure consistent delivery
  • Deliver a monthly output of at least 20 video formats (approximately 5 videos per week), including:

  2. 6 UGC-style videos
  3. 8 other formats such as event clips, explainers, highlights, or experimental content

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using mobile video editing tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, InShot, or similar tools
  • Clear understanding of how video content performs differently across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Ability to turn rough ideas or raw footage into engaging videos with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working with feedback loops, revisions, and turnaround timelines
  • Experience repurposing one core idea into multiple video formats
  • Interest in marketing content, digital tools, systems, and real-world use cases

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working with creators, founders, or media brands
  • Previous involvement in covering live events or community-driven content
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, product marketing, or growth-focused content
  • Ability to suggest content formats based on trends rather than only following them
