Job Description

Strivo Labs is looking for a creative and detail-focused Video Editor & Videographer to deliver compelling visual content across marketing, branding, training, and digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong storytelling instinct who can manage the entire video production lifecycle—from concept and shooting to post-production and final delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for brand campaigns, events, and social media platforms
  • Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
  • Capture interviews, promotional content, product demonstrations, and marketing visuals
Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos that align with brand guidelines
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and colour grading
  • Maintain consistent visual quality and storytelling standards across all outputs
Creative Collaboration & Content Ideation
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop visual concepts
  • Propose creative ideas, themes, and storytelling approaches
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, strategy, and audience expectations
Asset Management & Workflow
  • Organise and archive footage, project files, and media assets
  • Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong camera operation skills (DSLR/Mirrorless)
  • Solid understanding of lighting, audio recording, and production techniques
  • Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant video work (required)
