We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support job seekers by submitting and tracking applications for US-based roles. If you have experience in job applications, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit 60+ job applications weekly on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career pages.
- Maintain detailed records of applications using spreadsheets or tracking tools.
- Research US job boards to find relevant openings.
- Stay informed about US hiring trends and application requirements.
- Professionally communicate with employers to follow up on applications.
- Provide weekly progress reports with key metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a virtual assistant or job application assistant.
- Familiarity with US job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Strong written English skills for resumes, emails, and cover letters.
- Exceptional attention to detail to avoid application errors.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a functional laptop.
Preferred but not required:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Understanding of US resume formats and hiring norms.
