A growing organization is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support its daily operations. This remote role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a background in virtual assistance or customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client communication via email, WhatsApp Web, and other digital platforms
- Assist with scheduling content using tools like Canva and Google Calendar
- Support social media engagement and posting across platforms
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a customer service role
- Proficient in Canva, WhatsApp Web, and Google Calendar
- Familiar with content scheduling and social media management tools
- Must be based in Lagos
