A growing business is looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help streamline day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing tasks independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, emails, and scheduling tasks
- Prepare documents, conduct light research, and maintain task tracking systems
- Coordinate virtual meetings and communicate with internal/external teams
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, and Asana
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Certification from a recognized institute is an advantage
