A leading tech-driven company is seeking a Virtual Assistant Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs for virtual assistants across the country. This role is ideal for someone with strong virtual assistant experience, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping others grow. The position offers an opportunity to play a key role in shaping skilled, efficient, and professional VAs who can provide exceptional support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules covering administrative tasks, communication, workflow optimization, and software proficiency.
- Create and update training resources such as manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
- Provide group training and one-on-one coaching sessions to support professional growth.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and give constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry tools, trends, and best practices to keep training relevant.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant for a foreign client or as a VA trainer.
- Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and coaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Proficiency in commonly used VA tools such as Google Workspace, Asana/Trello, and CRMs.
- Patient, empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented personality.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
