Smash Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Visa Processing Officer to join it’s team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing visa applications and guiding clients through the travel documentation process. If you have a strong background in visa processing and international travel consulting, Smash Technology will love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process visa applications for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and travel policies for various countries, including the UK, US, Canada, Schengen countries, and UAE.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, client files, and embassy requirements.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and clients to ensure smooth application processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major international destinations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
