Job Description

The Website Builder will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and secure portals. The role requires a strong understanding of website builders, UX/UI design, SEO best practices, and AI-driven automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.
  • Implement user-focused, conversion-optimized designs across platforms.
  • Integrate CRMs, analytics, automation tools, and payment systems into digital platforms.
  • Design Go High Level (GHL) email templates for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure websites meet high standards for speed, responsiveness, and SEO compliance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in website development and design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in website builders including WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, and AI-driven site creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design, responsive design, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Experience with SEO optimization, Google Analytics/GA4, and performance reporting.
  • Skilled in Go High Level email template design and CRM integrations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations.
  • Ability to manage A/B testing, funnel optimization, and documentation.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Compensation

  • Base Monthly Fee: USD $1,000 – $1,600 (depending on experience).
  • Performance Incentives: Up to USD $600 per month based on KPI achievement.
