Welfare Officer (Female) – Exotic Dancer
Job Description
A reputable hospitality and entertainment brand is seeking a compassionate, professional, and emotionally intelligent Welfare Officer (Female) to support and oversee the welfare of exotic dancers during daytime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure the dancers’ well-being, uphold grooming and conduct standards, and create a supportive, disciplined, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support, mentorship, and professional guidance to dancers.
- Monitor attendance, preparedness, and conduct of dancers before show hours.
- Oversee grooming, hygiene, and wellness routines to maintain high presentation standards.
- Identify and address welfare or safety concerns promptly, ensuring dancers feel safe and supported.
- Mediate interpersonal conflicts, promote healthy team relationships, and maintain confidentiality.
- Document welfare activities, attendance, and follow-up actions for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
- Female, aged 27 years and above.
- Professional, mature, and emotionally intelligent with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or wellness environments is an advantage.
- Strong conflict resolution, counseling, and coordination abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and organization.
- Must be comfortable working in a nightlife-related setting (daytime schedule only).
