We’re looking for a skilled WordPress Support Specialist to join our team at CampusPress. This role requires a talented individual passionate about providing exceptional support for WordPress users while leveraging their expertise in PHP, MySQL, CSS, and HTML.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide top-notch technical support to WordPress users via email and chat.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs.
  4. Guide users on implementing solutions to optimize their WordPress websites.
  5. Document technical processes and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with WordPress development and support.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, CSS, and HTML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience with multisite WordPress installations is a plus.
