Job Description
Greenville LNG, a leading private sector LNG company in Nigeria, is seeking a Zonal Business Head to drive growth, operational excellence, and performance across its assigned zone. The role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and sales management to ensure profitability, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Location: Abuja (FCT) / Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: VP Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full P&L management for the zone, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive regional sales and market expansion in LNG, LCNG, CNG, and Industrial Gas segments, building strong customer relationships.
- Oversee operations and maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring operational reliability, asset integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion QHSE standards, digital initiatives, and continuous improvement programs to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech with MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- 20–25 years of progressive leadership experience in LNG, LCNG, CNG, Industrial Gas, or related energy sectors.
- Proven record in operations management, maintenance leadership, and regional sales growth.
- Strong financial, strategic, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing large budgets and delivering results.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
