Job Description
We are hiring for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Lead with at least 6 years of experience in the field and hands-on expertise in Risk Management. This is a remote position, ideal for experienced professionals ready to take on a leadership role in developing and managing risk and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement GRC strategies and frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to identify, evaluate, and address potential threats.
- Monitor and update compliance programs to align with current industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance and risk issues.
- Prepare reports on GRC activities, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Proven expertise in Risk Management with a track record of managing GRC frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
