Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and visions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify opportunities and enhance product positioning.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in technology or innovation.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Proven experience managing product lifecycles and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the African market and industries such as business, finance, or energy.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments, with a network in the tech community.
