A leading financial services company, Renmoney, is hiring a Manager, People Operations to oversee and optimize core HR systems and processes. This role focuses on improving employee experience, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance across multiple markets. Salary: N600,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage core People Operations processes across the organization
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, employee engagement, and time-to-productivity
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with the Finance team
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across all operating regions
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including pre-joining logistics and Day 1 readiness
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
  • Lead the company-wide performance review cycle and improve evaluation systems
  • Supervise and develop the People Operations team, ensuring accountability and quality delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field
  • Completed NYSC
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience designing or improving HR processes such as onboarding and performance management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional projects
  • Ability to analyze data and use HR metrics to solve problems and improve processes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Nigeria

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a technology or healthcare organization
  • Exposure to multi-country HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Leafsome or Zoho People
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership on people strategy
